The mission of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is: to protect, conserve, and enhance the Commonwealth’s aquatic resources and provide fishing and boating opportunities.
The William Penn Foundation
The William Penn Foundation, founded in 1945 by Otto and Phoebe Haas, is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Greater Philadelphia region through efforts that increase educational opportunities for children from low-income families, ensure a sustainable environment, foster creativity that enhances civic life, and advance philanthropy in the Philadelphia region. In 2021, the Foundation will grant more than $117 million to support vital efforts in the region.

Pennsylvania Department of Conservation & Natural Resources

Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization for a diverse nine-county region in two states: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania; and Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Mercer in New Jersey.

Executive Committee – President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Chair of Governance ex-officio.
Governance – Ensures EFDC is operating within the bylaws and oversight of activities related to hiring and human development
Finance – Ensures fiscal solvency of EFDC including the creation of fiscal policies, oversight of the 990, and long-term financial planning of EFDC financial assets.
Marketing and Outreach – Creates and oversees EFDC digital and physical marketing assets and activities related to outreach and profile raising.
Corridor Management – Oversees activities related to the physical infrastructure of the business corridor(s) (Ridge, Midvale, Conrad) including streetscape design and planning.
Economic Development – Supports the Board and Staff of EFDC by by initiating, monitoring or implementing real estate based goals and strategies in support of the EFDC mission. Oversees EFDC activities related to large-scale development, to include discussions of planning, zoning, financing and support. This also includes oversight of 4133 Ridge Avenue and the future plans for EFDC real estate assets.
Volunteer Committee – Facilitates Volunteer engagement in community work by providing a regular schedule of meetings and workshops to develop design direction and fund-raising strategies to advance individual infrastructure improvements in the business district.
